Camp Camelot - Amazon Ranch's pilot equestrian riding program (one and two week English & Western) for young riders ages 8-16 at all levels focused on horsemanship throughout history. 


Campers rode 2-4 hours a day on professionally trained schoolmaster horses under strict supervision - 2 to 1 camper to counselor ratio with a maximum of ten campers per week.  


Campers experienced amazing wilderness trails, hiking, fishing, outdoor camping in native american tipis (teepees) and period style tents, swimming in fresh water springs, dutch-oven meals, museum trips, history lessons, horse shows, mustang watching, hay rides, visiting ancient petroglyphs, horse-painting and a cross-country jump course, polo and dressage in the main arena and round pen.

Living Springs Living Springs Indoor Riding Arena

A public arena located in Pingree, Idaho.

Built as a family venture to support their son and resident reining horse trainer, Chase McBurney. 

Tara Clark, Amazon Ranch CEO spends most of the winter months at her farm in Idaho training young colts for the show ring, film, television and for her riding programs. 

Living Springs, located just a few miles from her farm is a great fit for the Amazon Ranch programs in the winter months and is the home of Camp Camelot's winter riding program from December to May.


Family Camp - Amazon Ranch's equestrian riding program for families focused on horsemanship throughout history.  


Campers ride 2-4 hours a day on professionally trained schoolmaster horses under strict supervision. Meals prepared fresh in an outdoor kitchen with many of the ingredients straight from the gardens!


Amazing wilderness trails, a cross-country jump course, polo & dressage and a jousting line for

medieval games, in addition to our main arena and round pen - something for everyone in the family at all levels.


Other activities include hiking, fishing, outdoor camping in native american tipis (teepees) and period style tents, swimming in fresh water springs, enjoying dutch-oven meals, museum trips, history lessons, horse shows, mustang watching, hay rides, visiting ancient petroglyphs, horse-painting
